Resurgence begins with the story of Oksana Komarova who will become Roxx - a protest rocker fighting against government oppression in the sci-fi mecha world of Project Shinsei.

With enough support, Roxx's story will unfold in motion comic format that'll bring her character to life. Success paves the way for the remaining band members - Apollo, Maks, and Mai.
